Our philosophy of breeding and our ecologically oriented agriculture are an integral part of our lives. Our basic principle is 100% green feeding.

We reject the notion that it makes sense to fatten animals with grain produced with significant fossil energy input. Our cattle grow exclusively on feed that is not suitable for human consumption (grass, alfalfa, hay). With our traditional, pasture-based extensive farming, we ensure the natural habitat of the animals as well as the protection of the landscape and the environment.

We place great importance on maintaining the balance between nature, animal husbandry, and the environment in harmony. Direct and daily contact with our animals guarantees loving care, their well-being, and their undisturbed development.

We fully comply with the principles of animal welfare and the regulations of organic farming, as they reflect our convictions. It is our moral responsibility to society to produce products whose consumption contributes to a healthy diet and lifestyle.
